This year all of the boys loved Halloween! They all three got the concept of trick or treating and they had a blast! We only did 9 houses this year but that was more then enough they each got 1/2 a bag full of candy! luckily they aren't to interested in it! hopefully they will soon forget so i can throw the rest out!
This year Ashton wanted to be a dirtbiker which he really wants to be in real life with a blue dirt bike. We keep telling him when he is older but we get the same question everyday "mom when do I get my blue dirt bike?" I am lucky if he only asks once during a day but its more like 10 times a day! Silly boy!
Nolan and Nixon were Mario and Lugie and man were they ever cute! We had the hardest time keeping their hats on but we told them that they would only get candy if they wore their hats! That worked well enough! Also a big thanks to my mother in law for making their cute costumes! She really does do an amazing job!
Also we traded in the van and I now drive an explorer! I have never liked driving the van but at the time it was a necessity but now that the boys are older and the van was starting to really suck (like the heater didn't work anymore, which we would be needing once it snows) we thought that we could use a change! We happened upon an excellent deal and we are loving our "new" blue "truck" as the boys put it!!
